ReplyDeleteWe can not choose to lose the parts of the body to weight.
If you do not sit-ups - these areas will appear larger because it gona more muscle under the fat layer.
find calorie / fitness calculator on the net, enter all the statistics and tell you how many calories you need each day to receive, 300-400cal remove from that number and how you lose.
eat 5-6 smaller meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5.8 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
8 glasses of water
are complex carbs for breakfast - they give you the energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
Cardiovascular exercise 4-6 times per week for 30-50min, light weight training
DONT eat food that made from white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy, etc.) and nothing fried, oily.
Of course, you may occasionally be pampered with a treatment:)
Running and swimming combined with a healthy diet should do it. Must be something you can do 4 or 5 days per week. Take care.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately you can not be reduced in the area of fat. Cardio routine should be able to reduce the amount of "fat" to.
ReplyDeleteOK, or must train hard everyday.U say forget whether they contain large or not.Try or blowing and taking things like bananas help.If etc.It calories may still have doubts as u can see, among other doctor.GOOD luck!

ReplyDeleteA combination of intense aerobic activity (running, jumping rope, swimming) and cutting calories is the only true way to reduce body fat. Believe No matter what the ads or teams run out of fashion, can not "spot reduce" too - which, after the fat in a particular area can funds.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to decide to build back muscles, I would say it would be better to use a rowing machine.
